YCM is the leading national c-gas publication delivered to 25,000 chain, banner and independent retailers. YCM/VIA is distributed by 45 full service distributors and their 225 sales representatives specializing in distribution and product supply in this difficult to service channel. The web site host the digital version of all print material with interactive component added to it.

Interestingly, the site was originally coded in ASP. It comes with a backend system and handles online subscriptions. Over the years, after being handling by various of developers and designer, some additional components were written in PHP. There is not documentation on work flows therefore there is a large amount files with unknown purposes being kept on the server.

The job is to number one, clear up the server including getting rid of unused file and archiving pass issues, and the document the workflow to reduce update cost in future.
